Silver Sneakers
When the Veterans Park Community Center opened, older adults in Cabot might have expected it to be a place for kids to ?hang out? and listen to music. They might have seen it as a place where the swim team would practice or basketball games would be held. Most older adults likely never expected to be there themselves.
